If you have purchased the Foundations Mindful Eating Course using the one payment option, that is you have paid the full price for the course upfront, and you are not satisfied with the results you have achieved, you may be eligible for a refund of all or part of the purchase price for the Course on the following terms.
I do not give a refund because you have changed your mind about wanting to do the Course. Your eligibility to obtain a refund as set out below is in addition to any rights you might have under the Australian Consumer Law.
When you can apply for a refund
In order to get the full benefit of the Course, you need to have completed all of the training videos, activities and exercises during the 8 weeks that the Course runs. However, you may apply for a refund at any time between when you purchased the Course and up to 14 days after purchase.
What I need from you
If you believe that you are eligible for a refund, send me an email with the following information:
- the reason why you are not satisfied with the Course or the results that you achieved;
- a scanned copy of all completed exercises, worksheets and activities for:
- modules 1 and 2 if you apply for a refund up to14 days of purchase; and
- confirmation that you watched each of the online videos.
Based on the information that you provide, I will assess your eligibility to obtain a refund but the decision is purely at my discretion.
Amount of refund
If your claim is made within 14 days after purchase, that is after completion of modules 1 and 2, and if I accept the claim, you will be entitled to a refund of 75% of the purchase price.
No refund is available after 14 days.
When and how you will receive your refund
Your refund will be paid to the credit card you used when you paid the purchase price for the Course.
The refund will be paid within 30 days of my acceptance of your claim.
