Your first consultation is 45 minutes. It focuses on clearly identifying your eating for health goals and all of the lifestyle, social, emotional and other barriers to changing the way that you eat. We will outline a detailed step by step plan, including the first one to two steps to take.

30 Minute Consultation

Supports your progress towards your eating for health goals. Ideal for working through stubborn eating habits e.g. when you are not sure what the triggers are. 30 minutes is also suggested for in depth discussion, including updates to your plan or reviewing test results and journals.

20 Minute Consultation

Supports your progress towards and maintenance of your eating for health goals, when you have a few brief questions or seek practical support for taking the next step in your plan.
