Start Your Mindful Eating Journey with Support and Gentle Guidance
The Mindful Eating & Living program is a 12-week journey designed for women who want to build a sustainable, mindful eating routine at a pace that suits them.
Each month focuses on one key eating habit or driver for eating, helping you tune into your hunger and satiety cues while transforming non-hunger eating habits.
You’ll be part of a supportive community, gaining the tools and insights you need to create long-lasting change.

Testimonials

Sandy M
I have put my health first.
As women, we are very good at doing everything for everyone else but not ourselves. I realized I had to say “no” to certain requests so I made time for my health. I learned this from Sallyanne. I highly recommend this program to anyone who is feeling overwhelmed and doesn’t know where to start. The course is simple to follow, just one step at a time.

Change happens with patience
I knew I had a nighttime snacking habit, which was really frustrating. With the mindful eating strategies that I have learned, I am now able to mostly eat only when I am actually hungry. This change means I also sleep better because I am not so full at night. Sallyanne is very patient and understanding. I have learned that I need to be like that with myself too.
Samantha C
I changed my habits.
Sallyanne’s tools enabled me to recognise eating patterns I never realised I had. By understanding the patterns I was engaging in, she provided me with the actions to start re-setting my healthy eating pattern zones at a pace I could handle and build permanent, healthy change with.

I’ve transformed my comfort eating habits
Never in my life did I imagine that I would find freedom from the hold that food seemed to have on me. The program really helped me to overcome my comfort and stress eating habits that had been around since I was a small child. With 40 odd years of eating the same way no wonder it felt insurmountable! The reflective work and the tools provided within the program form such a great foundation to re-educate yourself to a healthier, more relaxing and less stressful way of eating, being and living. This community is amazing and the fortnightly calls really helped keep me motivated and feel connected with women experiencing a similar journey.

You don’t need extra time.
I have always tried to hold-off working on improving my health, well-being and lifestyle until I have more time on my hands. Now I realise that it doesn’t matter where I am in life; the mindfulness that Sallyanne teaches in her course can be practised and implemented regardless of how busy the outside circumstances are around me.

I don’t reach for chocolate when I am stressed
I have always eaten chocolate in the afternoons. Even storing it in the garage didn’t stop me going to get it and eat it. What I didn’t realise, until I completed the program, was I had a stress eating habit. My chocolate eating in the afternoon was around the time when world deadlines hit. Once I knew this, I worked with Sallyanne to develop some non-food strategies to manage this time of day.
Frequently Asked Questions
Absolutely! I believe your journey is unique, and that’s why I offer a complimentary Mindful Eating Strategy Call. This is a chance for us to connect, discuss your food challenges, your goals, and explore how I can support you. It’s a relaxed, no-obligation call where you can ask all your questions and make sure you’re confident in moving forward. You deserve to feel empowered in your decision!
Yes, I offer initial nutrition consultations that can help you explore your relationship with food, body image, and health. Whether you need advice on a specific issue or a starting point for ongoing support, this session can provide clarity. However, lasting change usually requires more support, which is why Eating for You offers tailored coaching programs for deeper and lasting transformation.
Our coaching programs are designed for women who are committed to their health but have struggled with diets and exercise programs in the past. If you want a lasting solution for your health and weight that doesn’t involve dieting or obsessing over scales, our programs are for you.
Coaching is ideal for women who understand what healthy food is but have trouble maintaining a healthier eating pattern long-term. We take a holistic approach by considering the biological, psychological, and social factors that influence eating habits. Together, we’ll uncover the root causes and create a personalised plan to nurture lasting change with kindness and patience.
The Eating for You approach isn’t about dieting, restricting, or following a set of rules. It's about understanding your unique relationship with food, and guiding you toward lasting change with kindness and compassion. Instead of focusing on what you can’t eat, we focus on empowering you to make mindful choices that support your health and happiness. My aim is for you to become the expert of your mind and body when it comes to what nourishes you.
This fear is common, and it’s something we work through in the program. I understand that years of dieting or restricting food can leave you feeling like you’re programmed to fail, but that’s exactly why we take a different approach. Our program is built on setting achievable goals that are not focused on weight or restricting food. By meeting small, personal targets, you’ll build trust in yourself and your ability to change. We’ll work on transforming limiting beliefs so that you can embrace a mindset that supports your success, not holds you back.
On average, the daily commitment is 10 to 20 minutes of personal reflection or activities, plus a weekly or fortnightly coaching call that typically lasts 30 to 90 minutes, depending on the group size. It’s designed to fit seamlessly into your life without overwhelming you. The frequency of the coaching calls depend on the coaching program that you choose.
